FYI - level corrections on select older remasters

You may have noticed that the volume/levels for some of my older remasters are pretty low. These are the ones I did with the older Nero software, which does not have a real-time level peak meter (or whatever the preferred nomenclature is for that thing). I didn't want to risk distortion so I left the levels alone for those remasters.

Now that my current software has a real-time meter that helps me avoid clipping (distortion), I am going back and bringing those levels up to be on par with the rest of the remasters. *NOTE* - I have not changed a thing regarding EQ'ing or anything else, I simply raised the preamp levels. This is mainly for people listening on portables that struggle to achieve higher volumes, but also so that the older remasters are more consistent with the newer ones in terms of volume.

As of last night, the following shows have revised links that will take you to the louder versions:

4.23.94
2.17.97
7.1.97

I will also be doing 7.2.97 and possibly 12.30.99.  That one could be too much of a headache since there are multiple sources patched together, and the taper adjusts levels more than once.  Come to think of it, maybe I should look into remastering the new FOB mk4v source that popped up recently.  As for 12.31.99, I did a trial run but it was almost at peak level already, so the difference would be so minor that it's not worth the time and effort...especially since all 52 (?) tracks would need to be retagged! 12.30.99 may take a little while because there is a patched source for a few tunes, and the taper seemed to be adjusting levels all over the place until set II...meaning I have to break the show apart and correct the levels for each time they change drastically...
